Browse public profiles, invite people you already know, and review pitches. Set one fixed pay per creator, then confirm deliverables and terms. Your card is saved when you accept a pitch and charged when the shoot date locks. Blockwork holds the money until you approve the work, and the creator is paid about 7 days after approval.
Review the work, then release payment
Files, feedback and revisions stay with the campaign. Approval and payout are separate steps — the payment record shows the confirmed amount and transfer status.
