Terms of Service

Using Blockwork
Blockwork helps brands and independent creators discover each other, arrange campaigns, exchange work, and manage payments. These terms cover use of our website and applications. Contact hello@blockworkapp.com with questions about the service or these terms.
Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in codes and links. Use Blockwork only if you can lawfully enter the agreements required for your activity. If you act for an organization, you must have its permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
Campaigns and agreements
Brands and creators are responsible for the briefs, proposals, schedules, products, deliverables, and commitments they agree to. Review the applicable brand or creator agreement and payment policy presented in the app before accepting them. Those agreements and your booking terms govern the engagement, including usage rights, revisions, cancellation, and disputes.
Payments and results
Review the amount, currency, fees, and payment conditions displayed before confirming a transaction. Payments and creator onboarding are handled through Stripe. Refunds and payout eligibility follow the applicable payment policy and booking terms. Blockwork does not promise a particular number of opportunities, earnings, views, sales, or other campaign results.
Content and acceptable use
Only upload or share material you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content, subject to the licenses you agree to for a campaign and the permission needed for Blockwork to store, process, and display it to the intended recipients. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful or infringing content, unauthorized access, or interference with other users.
Account closure and changes
You can request account deletion in settings or contact support. Outstanding bookings, payment obligations, disputes, and required records may affect when closure or deletion can be completed. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Changes to agreements that require renewed acceptance will be presented through the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
Authentication text messages
These terms apply to Blockwork authentication texts: requested sign-in codes, sign-in links, and phone verification codes.
To request a text, enter your number, actively select the consent checkbox, and submit the form. The checkbox is not preselected. Each request authorizes that authentication message only; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages. One message is sent per request. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS is optional. You can use email sign-in instead. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of Blockwork.
Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the sending number. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help. Checking the web form does not override a STOP request.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share your sign-in code or link.
